Refund Policy

Understanding our refund and cancellation policies.

Non-Refundable Digital Products and Services

The Funded Pick provides digital products and services – for example, access to funded betting challenges and related online platforms – which are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the intangible and instant-delivery nature of these offerings, all sales are final. Under all normal circumstances, no refunds will be issued for any purchase of The Funded Pick’s challenges, account access fees, or other digital services. Once payment is confirmed and access is granted to our platform or challenge, the service is considered delivered in full, and you are not entitled to cancel the purchase or receive a refund. This policy applies regardless of the payment method used and is a condition of sale for all customers.

User Responsibility to Review Terms

It is the user’s sole responsibility to read, understand, and accept all of The Funded Pick’s applicable terms, rules, and conditions before purchasing access to any challenge or service. You must carefully review our Terms and Conditions, challenge rules, FAQs, and this No Refund and Chargeback Policy prior to making any payment. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and affirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to abide by them. If you do not understand or do not agree with any part of the rules or conditions, you must not complete a purchase or use our services. The Funded Pick will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from a user’s failure to familiarize themselves with the rules and terms. Your purchase and continued use of our services serve as conclusive acceptance of all applicable terms and this Policy.

No Refunds for User Mistakes or Dissatisfaction

The Funded Pick maintains a strict no-refund policy for any issues arising from user error, change of mind, or failure to follow the required rules. We will not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:

  • User Error or Mistake: Accidental purchases, selecting the wrong plan, duplicate orders, or any mistake on the user’s part are not refundable. You are responsible for ensuring you select the correct product or challenge before confirming payment.
  • Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind: Discontent with the service, whether due to personal expectations, subjective dissatisfaction, or a simple change of mind after purchase, is not a valid reason for a refund. All users are expected to review the service details in advance.
  • Failure to Complete a Challenge: If you fail to successfully complete a funded betting challenge or to meet the required performance targets (for example, not achieving the profit target, violating the drawdown limits, or otherwise not satisfying the challenge criteria), you will not receive a refund. This includes cases of disqualification or removal from a challenge due to violating the challenge rules or Terms of Service – no refunds will be granted for failing an evaluation or challenge.
  • Misunderstanding of Rules: Claims that you did not understand or were unaware of the challenge rules, terms, or conditions will not be accepted as grounds for a refund. It is your duty to read and comprehend all rules before participating. Lack of knowledge, confusion, or misinterpretation of the rules does not entitle you to any reimbursement.

In all the above scenarios (and any similar user-driven issues), refunds will not be granted. The Funded Pick invests resources into each user’s access and challenge from the moment of purchase, and user dissatisfaction or mistakes do not change our no-refund stance. By using our services, you accept that assumption of risk and responsibility for your purchase lies with you, the user.

Chargebacks as Breach of Terms (Account Termination)

By purchasing a service from The Funded Pick, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or credit card issuer as a means to circumvent this no-refund policy. Any chargeback attempt on a legitimate purchase is considered a violation of this Policy and a breach of The Funded Pick’s Terms of Service. Users who improperly dispute charges or initiate chargebacks after receiving our service will be deemed in breach of contract and subject to severe consequences.

The Funded Pick will treat any unapproved chargeback as fraudulent activity. In the event that you initiate a chargeback for a fee that was validly charged (and the digital product or service was provided to you as promised), your account with The Funded Pick will be immediately terminated. This termination is permanent and irrevocable – you will be banned from all parts of The Funded Pick’s platform. This includes, but is not limited to: our main website, your user dashboard or account area, any current or future challenges, and any partner websites or affiliated networks associated with The Funded Pick. In practical terms, you will lose access to any ongoing services, and you forfeit any rights, progress, or pending benefits in our system as a result of the breach.

Please note that initiating a chargeback not only breaches our agreement but also undermines the trust and integrity of the platform. We encourage all users to contact our support team to resolve any billing or service issues before resorting to a chargeback. If you have a concern about a transaction, we are ready to assist you; however, filing a chargeback in violation of this Policy will result in swift and permanent account action as described above.

Fraudulent Chargebacks and Legal Action

The Funded Pick reserves the right to take legal and administrative action against any user who files a fraudulent chargeback. A chargeback is deemed fraudulent when a user deliberately attempts to dispute a legitimate charge for a digital product or service that was delivered as described. Such actions are taken seriously, as they may constitute financial fraud or theft of services.

In cases of a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback, The Funded Pick may pursue one or more of the following steps, at our discretion, to protect our rights and recover losses:

  • Dispute the Chargeback: We will provide the payment processor or bank with evidence of your purchase and proof of service delivery to challenge the chargeback. This includes transaction records, usage logs, IP address logs, and any other pertinent information demonstrating that you authorized the charge and received the service.
  • Account Blacklisting and Recovery of Fees: Your details may be blacklisted in our systems and with partner networks to prevent future transactions. We also reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any fees or costs incurred due to the chargeback. This means you could be held liable for chargeback fees, transaction fees, or recovery costs that The Funded Pick faces as a result of your dispute.
  • Legal or Administrative Action: We may initiate legal proceedings to recover the funds and any associated damages. This can include civil claims for breach of contract or fraud. Additionally, we may report the incident to appropriate authorities – such as law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies – for further investigation if we suspect the chargeback was filed with fraudulent intent. Filing a false chargeback is a form of fraud, and The Funded Pick will not hesitate to pursue all remedies available under the law to address such misconduct.

Users should understand that filing baseless chargebacks is not only a breach of this Policy but could also have legal consequences beyond our platform. Any attempt to obtain a refund through deceitful means or financial manipulation will be met with the full extent of our enforcement actions.

Limited Exceptions and Company Discretion

While The Funded Pick’s standard policy is that no refunds will be given, we recognize that truly extraordinary circumstances may arise. The Funded Pick thus reserves the right, in rare and exceptional cases, for its internal Risk Management team to review a refund request on a case-by-case basis. This review process is purely at our discretion and will typically only occur in situations such as clear billing errors, duplicate charges, or other unusual scenarios where a refund may be warranted to correct a mistake on our side or to address a situation beyond the user’s control.

It is important to note that any exception to the no-refund policy is made solely on a discretionary basis. The internal Risk Management team will evaluate the facts and evidence presented and determine whether an exception is justified. Granting a refund or credit in one exceptional case does not obligate The Funded Pick to do so for any other customer or situation. All users should consider that exceptions are extremely limited; any accommodation provided is not a waiver or alteration of the general policy and shall not be considered precedential. The Funded Pick’s decision in such matters is final. If you believe you have a highly unusual case, you may contact us with a detailed explanation, but there is no guarantee that any refund will be approved. Unless you receive explicit written confirmation from The Funded Pick granting a refund, the standard no-refund terms remain in effect.

Scope and Applicability of Policy

This No Refund and Chargeback Policy applies across the entire The Funded Pick ecosystem. It governs all products, services, and user interactions with The Funded Pick, including but not limited to:

  • Main Website and Platform: All purchases or subscriptions made on The Funded Pick’s primary website and any web pages under the thefundedpick.com domain are covered by this Policy.
  • User Dashboard and Accounts: Any transactions, fees, or services accessed through your personal dashboard or account area fall under this Policy. This includes challenge entry fees, subscriptions, or any digital goods provided via the dashboard.
  • Partner Platforms and Networks: If The Funded Pick offers services through partner platforms, affiliate links, or any third-party networks (for example, integrated services, white-label platforms, or collaborative offerings with other companies), this Policy still applies in full. Users banned or terminated under this Policy will also be barred from accessing The Funded Pick services on those partner or network platforms. Likewise, purchases made through external platforms on behalf of The Funded Pick are equally non-refundable under this Policy.
  • All Other Channels: Any other official channels of service delivery (such as mobile applications, APIs, or future service channels provided by The Funded Pick) are included within this Policy’s scope.

In summary, no matter how you access The Funded Pick’s services or which part of our ecosystem you interact with, the no-refund and no-chargeback rules remain consistently enforced. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and user agreements. By using any part of The Funded Pick’s site or services, you are agreeing to adhere to this Policy universally.

By adhering to this Policy, The Funded Pick can ensure a fair and stable environment for all users. If you have any questions about this Policy or its application to a particular service or scenario, please contact our support team for clarification before making a purchase. Remember that by making a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these terms, which are designed to protect the integrity of our platform and the experience of all participants.
